As we approach our next phase of progress and innovation, we’re excited to share some important news: by January 1, 2026, EpiphanyRx and Navitus will come together as one brand – Navitus. Going to market as a unified PBM brand is the next phase of our continued growth together.
Brand changes often raise questions, so we’ve put together this Fast Five to address some key considerations and explain why this change is happening.
1. Why are EpiphanyRx and Navitus coming together as one brand?
EpiphanyRx has been an integral part of the Navitus family for several years. Since EpiphanyRx’s acquisition in 2021, we have operated as Navitus’ in-house pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solution for key accounts.
EpiphanyRx and Navitus are already one company and pharmacy benefit manager. Therefore, operating under a single brand clarifies our relationship to the market and makes us stronger together. Moreover, we are aiming to eliminate market confusion for our advisors and clients.
EpiphanyRx and Navitus have worked closely together to promote transparency in pharmacy benefit management and make medications more affordable for those who need them. Now, aligning under a single brand – Navitus – allows us to present a unified and stronger presence in the marketplace.
2. What is the timeline for the brand migration?
We have planned for a smooth transition to mitigate any client and member disruption with 2025 serving as a transition year. Our phased approach ensures that there is ample time for everyone to adapt to the new brand identity while maintaining the quality of service we are known for.
Our clients and advisors have already been notified of this change. Communication will continue to occur through email and meetings/discussions.
Throughout 2025, our communications and collateral will progressively transition to the Navitus brand. For example, proposals and sales materials will be branded as Navitus. Client materials will be co-branded or Navitus-branded.
By January 1, 2026, the EpiphanyRx brand will officially be sunsetted. At that point, any use of the EpiphanyRx name and logo will be fully transitioned to Navitus. Even though the EpiphanyRx name will no longer be in use, the essence of the EpiphanyRx brand will remain in our solution.
3. Will there be any changes to the EpiphanyRx services or team?
No. While our name is changing, our service model and the dedicated team our clients and advisors have come to trust will remain the same. In fact, the EpiphanyRx solution will still exist within Navitus under the name “Navitus Key”, with our team being referred to as Key Accounts.
Navitus Key is our tailored, specialized solution for employer groups 5,000 members and fewer. We will continue to offer the following as part of our best-in-class solution:
- Bundled package of programs
- High-touch service
- Streamlined implementation
- Modular formulary
- Dedicated operations and clinical transition support
- Low-net-cost coverage
- Keen focus on specialty
This rebranding effort reflects Navitus’ commitment to offering a comprehensive, scalable, and customer-centric approach to pharmacy benefit management while also continuing to serve our unique employer group clients.
4. How will the brand change affect clients and members?
While we are migrating our brand to Navitus, our current clients will continue to receive the same level of service from the same team without disruption. Because we are a Navitus company already, our mission, vision, and values are not changing with the migration.
New clients and their members will have a Navitus brand experience from the start. Current members will be transitioned to a Navitus brand experience later this year. We will be providing details on the transition to ensure they are well-informed as the changeover progresses. Our goal is to make this a seamless experience for all members and ensure there are no interruptions to their pharmacy benefits.
5. How will this brand change affect advisors?
Our advisors, specifically the consultants and brokers we work closely with, continue to be our valued partners. In fact, coming together as one brand is designed to make it easier for our advisors. Navitus serves all markets including health plans, health systems, national, mid-market, and key accounts. There is no need to work with a separate company or brand which could be confusing for our mutual prospects.
For new or prospective groups with fewer than 5,000 members, Navitus Key is the go-to solution within Navitus. This adjustment expands our previous threshold of 3,000 members, allowing us to offer our specialized services to more groups. Collaboration with advisors remains central to our service model for key accounts. We serve groups this size together in close alignment, providing a robust bundled solution with exceptional service for this market segment.
As we navigate through this brand transition, our commitment remains to provide top-tier service and solutions under the unified Navitus brand. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your account team or sales partner.
We look forward to this new chapter in continuing to support our clients’ pharmacy benefit needs with the same dedication to excellence. Stay tuned for more details as we progress through 2025.
